Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses alaru.me (the "Service"). You are responsible for your tasks, your conduct, and your content. Violating this AUP may result in content removal, suspension, or termination, and we may report illegal activity to authorities.

1. Do not request or perform anything illegal or unsafe

• Anything that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Regulated or licensed services performed without the required license, permit, or qualification (for example certain electrical, plumbing, gas, medical, legal, financial, or childcare services).
• Weapons, explosives, illegal drugs or paraphernalia, or other controlled or hazardous items or activities.
• Tasks that are dangerous, that you are not competent or equipped to perform safely, or that endanger others.
• Adult, sexual, or escort services; anything involving minors inappropriately.

2. Treat people fairly and respectfully

• No harassment, threats, stalking, hate speech, or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
• No violence, intimidation, or endangerment of any person.
• Respect others' privacy; do not collect, share, or misuse another user's personal information.

3. Be honest

• No fraud, scams, deception, impersonation, or misrepresentation of identity, ability, or a task.
• No fake accounts, fake reviews, rating manipulation, or price manipulation.
• No money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other financial crime.

4. Keep transactions on the platform

• Do not solicit or arrange payment off-platform to avoid fees, escrow, or protections.
• Do not use the Service to advertise unrelated goods/services or to spam other users.

5. Respect the Service and others' rights

• No infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
• No scraping, crawling, reverse-engineering, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass security or access controls.
• No malware, denial-of-service, or interference with the Service or other users.
• No uploading of unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.

6. Reporting

If you encounter a task, user, or content that violates this AUP, contact admin@alaru.me. We may investigate and take action at our discretion.
